Hi, I'm Reet German.
Proud mama to Miss Mila our greatest gift, biggest teacher, and most beautiful adventure.
My story is woven with transformation, grief, joy, healing, courage, reinvention, and a whole lot of choosing the path less traveled.
For more than two decades, I built a successful career in Burlington and Hamilton, Ontario, navigating the corporate world as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, Sales Professional, and many roles in between. I checked all the boxes, climbed the ladder, and built a life that looked great on paper.
But deep down, I knew there was more.
When the world shut down in March 2020, I made the life-altering decision to leave my career and stay home with my daughter. What felt like a simple decision at the time became the catalyst for one of the biggest transformations of my life.
That decision cracked something open in me.
Not long after, we sold almost everything we owned, bought a home in British Columbia sight unseen, and traded certainty for possibility. Surrounded by nature, I began doing the deeper work. Through coaching, reflection, healing, and some uncomfortable truths, I started reconnecting with parts of myself I had ignored for years.
The more I listened, the clearer it became that the life I wanted wasn't going to be found by following someone else's blueprint.
I've never been someone who needed to follow the path laid out for me.
I've always felt called to pave my own.
Not because it was easier.
Because it felt true.
Two years later, instead of enrolling Mila in kindergarten, we chose something unconventional once again. We packed up our lives and spent a year travelling through 23 countries as a family.
It wasn't a vacation.
It was an initiation.
Somewhere between jungles, oceans, mountains, tiny villages, busy cities, and countless airport terminals, I met myself again.
I grieved the loss of my brother.
I reconnected with my mother after 25 years.
I made peace with the silenced, angry little girl who had spent years trying to earn love, approval, and belonging.
I remembered who I was.
And I remembered who I came here to be.
That journey eventually led us to Oʻahu, Hawai'i a dream fulfilled and a place that felt like a homecoming to my soul.
And yet, life had another lesson waiting for me.
One of the hardest things I've learned is that alignment isn't a destination. It's a practice.
Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is leave what we love when we know we've outgrown it.
Recently, our family made the difficult decision to leave Hawai'i and return home to British Columbia. It wasn't the easy choice, but over the years I've learned that clarity rarely comes before the leap.
Clarity is created through the leap.
Again and again, life has asked me to trust myself before I had all the answers.
To choose growth over comfort.
To choose possibility over predictability.
To choose alignment over approval.
Doing hard things on purpose has become a muscle I've strengthened over time. Not because I enjoy discomfort, but because I've learned that the life we're meant to live often exists just beyond the decisions we're afraid to make.
I've discovered that clarity isn't something you magically find one day.
It's something you create.
It's built through self-trust.
Through courage.
Through honest conversations.
Through listening to the whispers of your soul long before they become screams.
Today, I help women do the same.
I help women gain clarity in life, relationships, wellness, and purpose so they can confidently move forward and create a life that feels aligned with who they truly are.
My mission is simple.
To help women who feel lost feel seen.
To remind women of their power and hold space as they reclaim it.
To create brave conversations around healing, growth, identity, motherhood, reinvention, and what it means to truly trust yourself.
To build a community where women feel supported enough to stop living by default and start living by design.
I'm here to document my own journey, share what I've learned along the way, and offer you a mirror, a spark, a perspective shift, or at the very least... a laugh at my shenanigans.
Because this life?
It's meant to be lived with your heart wide open.
The tears.
The belly laughs.
The lessons.
The leaps.
And all the beautiful uncertainty in between.
Let's rise together.
XOXO,
Reet
